If your shipment is stuck in transit / has not been delivered yet, fill out this form
Please do not also create a support ticket.

Before contacting us, please check in your order confirmation email if your order contains a "PRE-ORDER" item. 

Provide the following details when contacting support

  • Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email)
  • Shipment tracking number
  • Question/Problem description
