Help, my parcel seems to be stuck / lost ?

If your shipment is stuck in transit / has not been delivered yet for more than 7 days after it was shipped, you should write an e-mail to our customer support:

Please include your order id and the tracking number of the shipment in the email so that customer support has all the information they need to help you with the problem.

If you would like to share more information with support, you can of course also do so in this email.
