How to uninstall BitBoxBridge?

    If you would like to uninstall BitBoxBridge follow these instructions depending on your operating system:

    Windows: 
    1. Go to "Add or remove programs" in Windows settings (Can be found also by searching in Windows search bar)
    2. Find BitBoxBridge in the list
    3. Click "Uninstall"

    Mac OS:
    1. Open Finder
    2. In the menu bar at the top of your screen select "Go", then select "Go to folder"
    3. In the search paste "/Library/LaunchDaemons" (without the quotes), hit enter
    4. You should then be in a folder called "LaunchDaemons" which should contain a file called "ch.shiftcrypto.bitboxbridge.plist". Delete this file.
    5. Then repeat step 2 & 3 but search for "/opt/shiftcrypto/bitbox-bridge/bin/bitbox-bridge"
    6. Delete the "bitbox-bridge" file
    7. Done! You have uninstalled BitBoxBridge

    Linux:
    Use the package manager to remove the BitBoxBridge. 
    Alternatively, you can remove it by running this command on the command line: 
    • On Ubuntu/Debian: sudo apt-get remove bitbox-bridge 
    • On Fedora: sudo dnf remove bitbox-bridge
