Before you receive ETH or ERC-20 tokens on your BitBox via MyEtherWallet, it's important to verify if the address is correct. This is how you do this:
1. Click on the QR code symbol to see your address, or simply copy it with the button next to it.
2. Scan the QR code or paste the address into the app you're using to send.
3. Go back to MEW, click on the little arrow, and select "view address on BitBox02"
4. Check if the address in the sending app matches the one shown on your BitBox. If it does, you can safely send. If it doesn't, please contact us for further assistance.
